As a patient of one of our Family Health Organization practices, we are pleased to offer you additional access to primary health care. FHO stands for Family Health Organization. It is an initiative of the Ontario Medical Association and the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.
Your primary care physician's FHO is a group of local family physicians who are working together to improve your access to high quality primary medical care. As part of our commitment to you & your family, we have opened a medical clinic to offer increased services & access to primary care for our FHO members' patients exclusively.
In fact, we are pleased to advise that this clinic offers a same day walk-in clinic for our FHO patients on a first come first served basis. If your physician is a member of our FHO, then this clinic is for you!

Prescription refills
If you are coming for a prescription refill, please bring your medication to refill or an updated list from your pharmacy.
Services not offered at this clinic
At this time we will not be offering suturing services or immunizations (unless you bring your own from the pharmacy) at the clinic.
The clinic does not receive incoming phone calls.
